I had an amazing stay at this hotel, primarily due to the outstanding customer service and the excellent breakfast options they provided. The staff, especially Luciano, were incredibly helpful and cheerful, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness was top-notch as well, which really enhanced our overall experience. However, the only downside was that I could have enjoyed more variety in the dining during lunch and dinner.
